I am Kareen Guillemin, a sophrologist, reflexologist, naturopath, and numerologist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over 17 years, I have supported those who feel the need to better understand themselves, find peace, and move forward more serenely in their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I work with couples, because behind every tension lies a need\u2026 and behind every relationship, an opportunity for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I draw on an in-depth analysis of your dynamics to better understand you, and on sophrology to help you find peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I support couples experiencing difficulties, as well as those who are doing well and wish to better understand each other, deepen their connection, and evolve their relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My intention is to offer you a calm, structured, and safe space to step back, clarify what is happening in your relationship, and move forward together, more consciously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      I view the couple as a space for connection and growth, where each partner brings their own history, sensitivity, and needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • sophrology, to develop mindfulness, active listening, and emotional regulation<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • an exploration of relational dynamics, to shed light on how the couple functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • A symbolic interpretation tool to highlight differences, complementarities, and areas of tension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            • These tools help open dialogue, foster reflection, and support the couple\u2019s growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

              FRAME AND POSTURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              I am a certified sophrologist and am currently training in couples therapy through the EFPP.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

              I provide support with a respectful, committed, and non-judgmental approach, within a clear ethical framework.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

              I do not provide medical diagnoses, and my support is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

              HOW THE COACHING PROCESS WORKS<\/strong><\/font><\/font><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
