I\u2019m here to support you\u2014whether you\u2019re single or in a relationship\u2014when your relationship is causing you to question things, becoming strained, or evolving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-4-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">My support is based on two complementary dimensions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On one hand, a method for decoding your patterns of behavior helps shed light on exactly what is at play in the relationship: your needs, your communication styles, your differences\u2026 but also the mechanisms that can create misunderstandings or tensions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the other hand, sophrology supports this process by providing tangible relief: stepping back, regulating emotions, and regaining greater stability in daily life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-4-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">This approach helps shed light on what you\u2019re experiencing, understand each other better, and move forward with greater serenity and clarity.
