By booking a session or support, you acknowledge having read and accepted these conditions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">1. Nature of accompaniments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The sessions offered are part of a personal and relational support process. They are in no way substitute for medical follow-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I reserve the right to refuse or interrupt an accompaniment if it does not correspond to the proposed framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">2. Make an appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions are by appointment only.<br>They can take place face-to-face or remotely (in video)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">3. Pricing and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prices are those indicated on the site at the time of making an appointment.<br>Sessions at the unit are to be paid on the day of the appointment.<br>The accompaniments (several sessions) are adjustable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>once at the start of the accompaniment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or twice according to the agreed terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any accompaniment involved is due in its entirety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4. Organization of support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sessions are planned in advance to ensure work continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The support is based on an active approach on the part of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">5. Cancellation and postponement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any session canceled or postponed less than 48 hours in advance is due.<br>In case of impediment, it is requested to notify as soon as possible in order to find a solution<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">6. Delay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a delay, the session will end at the initially scheduled time in order to respect the following appointments and will be without modification of the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">7. Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed support is part of a personal development approach<br>The customer remains fully responsible for his choices, decisions and actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">8. Personal Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information exchanged during the sessions is confidential.<br>Personal data is used only in the context of the support and is in no way transmitted to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">9.
