Welcome

I am Kareen Guillemin, a sophrologist, reflexologist, naturopath, and numerologist.

For over 17 years, I have supported those who feel the need to better understand themselves, find peace, and move forward more serenely in their lives.

Today, I work with couples, because behind every tension lies a need… and behind every relationship, an opportunity for growth.

I draw on an in-depth analysis of your dynamics to better understand you, and on sophrology to help you find peace.

I support couples experiencing difficulties, as well as those who are doing well and wish to better understand each other, deepen their connection, and evolve their relationship.

My intention is to offer you a calm, structured, and safe space to step back, clarify what is happening in your relationship, and move forward together, more consciously.

Illuminate. Soothe. Evolve.

I work with :

  • couples experiencing tension or misunderstandings
  • couples who want to improve their communication
  • couples who want to better understand their relationship dynamics
  • couples who are doing well but feel they can grow together further
  • couples who are questioning their relationship or going through a transition

Sometimes, it’s simply the right time to nurture the relationship.

You don’t need to be struggling to seek for help!

I work with :

  • women and men who are questioning their relationship
  • people who feel the need to gain clarity, even if their partner does not wish to seek counseling
  • people who are experiencing misunderstandings, doubts, or repetitive patterns
  • people who want to better understand themselves in terms of how they love and connect with others

MY WAY OF THINKING

I view the couple as a space for connection and growth, where each partner brings their own history, sensitivity, and needs.

How I work is based on:

  • sophrology, to develop mindfulness, active listening, and emotional regulation
  • an exploration of relational dynamics, to shed light on how the couple functions
  • A symbolic interpretation tool to highlight differences, complementarities, and areas of tension.
  • These tools help open dialogue, foster reflection, and support the couple’s growth.

FRAME AND POSTURE

I am a certified sophrologist and am currently training in couples therapy through the EFPP.

I provide support with a respectful, committed, and non-judgmental approach, within a clear ethical framework.

I do not provide medical diagnoses, and my support is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

HOW THE COACHING PROCESS WORKS

The sessions are opportunities to:

  • take stock of your relationship
  • identify different ways of interacting
  • improve communication and active listening
  • support the couple’s growth while respecting each other

The schedule and details are determined together, based on your needs and circumstances.
